Or turn the question round: What would it be like if you did not have a kitchen ventilator? What would the stove look like every time you fried sausages? Would there be more or less to wipe clean? Would you change your dishcloth more or less often? And on a slightly longer time scale, what effects would this have on the kitchen furniture and ceiling?
We at Futurum are convinced that the kitchen ventilator is the single most important product with which to create and maintain a clean, fresh kitchen environment. It has to be a good ventilator, however, which does its job well. If you think that the dishcloth and mop are the products which still figure most prominently in your work, then perhaps the time has come to look at a new and better kitchen ventilator?
The difference between good and poor kitchen ventilators is not often mentioned. Unfortunately. The kitchen ventilator is by tradition a low-interest product. One reason may be that, when people talk about kitchen ventilators, they usually talk about their appearance and how well they blend into the kitchen, rather than how they work. That means people talk more about design and form than about function. More about what is fresh at a particular moment than about what stays fresh for a long time. Surely that, too, is quite important?
